摘要
目的:建立一种新的测定间苯二酚的动力学光度分析法。方法:在硫酸介质中,间苯二酚能灵敏地阻抑高碘酸钾和过氧化氢氧化棓花青的褪色指示反应,在探讨了反应的优化条件和动力学参数后,建立了测定微量间苯二酚的阻抑动力学光度分析新方法。结果:该方法测定间苯二酚浓度的线性范围为0.8~22μg/m l,检出限为0.7μg/m l。对浓度为4.0、16.0μg/m l间苯二酚标准溶液6次平行测定的相对标准偏差分别为1.6%和0.85%。结论:该方法应用于废水中间苯二酚含量的测定,结果满意。
Objevtive:To establish a kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of micro resorcinol. Methods:In dilute H2SO4 medium, resorcinol could sensitively inhabit the gallocyanin solution descolorization reaction with KIO4 and H2O2 , the optimal condition was investigated, based on which, an inhibition kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of resorcinol was established. Resluts:The linear range of determination was 0. 8 ~ 22 μg/ml and detection limit was 0. 7 μg/ml for resorcinol, the relative standard deviation of 4. 0 μg/ml resorcinol solution for 6 parallel determination was 1. 6% and the relative standard deviation of 16. 0 μg/ml resorcinol solution for 6 parallel determination was 0. 85%. Conclusion:This method can used to determine resorcinol in waste water with satisfactory results.
