摘要
对吸收峰严重重叠的邻苯二酚、间苯二酚和对苯二酚三组份体系同时测定进行了研究。提出了三波长线性回归光度法,即以283.5、279.5、276.5nm三波长为三种苯二酚的测量波长,按正交设计表L25(56)配置25组标准混合溶液,对三种苯二酚进行线性回归;同时测定了模拟混合样本中的邻苯二酚、对苯二酚和问苯二酚含量。测量结果表明,邻苯二酚和对苯二酚在浓度低于8μg/mL时误差稍大,绝大部分分析结果相对误差小于5%,测量体系稳定,结果可靠。
Spectrophotometric simultaneous determinations of pyrocatechol, resorcinol and hydroquinone have been studied. The absorption spectrum of these three components seriously overlaps in ultraviolet spectral range. Three wavelengths at 283 .5,279.5, 276.5 nm were selected as determination wavelength. 25 mixture standard resolutions were prepared as orthogonal projection form L25(56) .Three kinds of the components were linearly regressed. At the same time, the content of pyrocatechol, resorcinol and hydroquinone in six simulation mixture samples were measured.The measurement results indicated that the relative error of pyrocatechol and hydroquinone were a bit larger in the lower concentration than 8μg/mL condition, and most of the analytical results' mean of relative error was less than 5 % . Hence it can be concluded that the results are satisfactory. The measurement system is stable and reliable.
