摘要
高职院校导师制是在传统的导师制基础上,根据高职院校的培养目标、办学定位、学生管理特点而实施的一种教学和教育管理模式,文章阐述了高职院校实施导师制的作用,总结了高职院校开展导师制的经验,探讨了高职院校实施导师制的主要形式。
The tutorial system of higher vocational colleges is based on the traditional tutorial system. According to training objective, college orientation and management characteristics on students, the colleges implement one kind of teaching and educational management pattern. The article sets forth the higher vocational colleges implement the functions of tutorial system, and sums up the experience of carrying out tutorial system, then discusses that the higher vocational colleges implement teaching educational management main forms of the tutorial system.
