摘要
五年制高职"学生成长导师制"是在传统的导师制基础上,根据五年制高职学生特点而实施的一种学生教育和管理新模式,是一种根据学生个性化发展的需要和规律,通过教师与若干个学生结对并指导个性学生全面发展的个别化教育组织形式。文章介绍了"学生成长导师制"的内涵,阐述了"学生成长导师制"的实施及其成效,并提出问题和建议。
