摘要
从煤的结构和转化方式、微生物菌种选择、可被转化的煤种选取及其预处理、微生物转化过程及其影响因素、转化产物的测定、分析及其应用等方面探讨和研究了煤的微生物转化研究的有关方面及其进展。指出寻求高效菌种和转化条件及探索转化产物的新用途是今后煤生物转化的重要研究方向。
In this paper, the study on bioconversion of coal are introduced and carried out, including the structure of coal, biosolubilization mechanism, the selection of biosolubilization strains, biosoluble coals, the bioconverted products and applications of biosolubilized coal products. The important studying aspects in this field in the future are to seek better strains, converting conditions, and to develop new products of biosolubilized coal and new approaches to utilize it.
