摘要
目的:观察高压氧(HBO)治疗对脑外伤性癫痫的治疗效果。方法:对65例脑外伤性癫痫进行HBO综合治疗,并与非HBO治疗的40例进行疗效比较。结果:HBO组总有效率为96.9%,对照组总有效率为80%,两组比较有明显的统计学差异(μ=2.53,P<0.05)。结论:HBO治疗能明显提高脑外伤性癫痫的疗效。
Objective： To observe the effect of hypcrbaric oxygenation （HBO） in treating brain traumatic epilepsy. Methods ： 65 cases of brain traumatic epilepsy patients were treated by HBO and another 40 cases receired conrentional treatment but no HBO therapy. Results ： 311e efficiency of HBO therapy was 96.9% while that of non - HBO therapy was 80%, and the difference was significant on statistics （ μ = 2.53,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Therapy of brain traumatic epilepsy with HBO can improve significantly the theraputic effect.
