摘要
21世纪初,我国疾病预防控制体系面临的困境是政府投入不足导致公共职能偏废。通过三年体系建设,这一困境有所改善,但公共职能偏废的形成机制仍然尚未阻断。疾病预防控制体系建设任重而道远。
At the beginning of 21 century, the disease prevention and control system of China was in predicament that investment from government was not enough to fulfill the public function which the disease prevention and control institute should afford. This situation has been improved in the recent three yeats while the mechanism which resulted in the dilemma still works fight now. It was still a hard work to build disease prevention and control system.
