摘要
如何理解、阐释“非物质文化遗产”这个新概念的含义和表述的界定及其具体的分类认定,是做好非物质文化遗产保护工作,解决非物质文化遗产保护的若干理论与实践的关键问题。首先,是尽可能从三个阶段的历史文献中查找非物质文化遗产概念界定的所有依据,从而确认这个概念的产生、由来与发展;其次,从“非物质文化遗产”这个概念的语词表述上解析其概念界定的语义学、相关术语比对及其与物质文化遗产关系的三个关键问题;再次,从国家级非物质文化遗产代表作名录的项目申报工作实践中,就分类认定的过程,澄清一系列似是而非、模糊不清、把握不准的理论与实践问题,进一步阐释非物质文化遗产的概念和界定。
How to understand and expatiate the concept meaning, identification and classification of ＂intangible culture heritage＂ are the key points to protect intangible culture heritage and solve the relative theoretical and practical problems. First of all, we should affirm the concept＇ s emerging, origin and development bases on the historical documents from three stages; secondly, resolve three important problems from the words of ＂intangible culture heritage＂ as the following： analyze the semantics, relative terms contrast and the relations between the tangible and intangible culture heritage. At last, clarify the blurred and indistinct problems on the theory and practice, expound the concept and affirmation of the intangible culture heritage during the process of the items declaration to country.
