氨基酸液制备工艺的改进

摘要 本文中实验以棉籽粕和亚麻籽粕为原料,针对常用的氨基酸液制备工艺进行了改进,采用洗渣液回用工艺,进行了三批次试验,结果表明:棉籽粕和亚麻籽粕的总氨基氮比对照高出0.48%和0.25%。还采用先浓缩后中和工艺,对亚麻籽粕做了试验,结果表明,每吨亚麻籽粕水解后的滤液浓缩至原体积的1/2和1/3时,中和所需的Na3CO3用量比对照减少0.14吨和0.24吨,节约辅料成本约216元和376元.可回收浓HCl约115L和340L。 The experiment of this paper took the cottonseed-dregs and flaxseed-dregs as the raw material, based on improvement of the manufacture of technical about amino acid, adopted circulation craft of washing the dregs fluid, made three times and finally indicated, the cottonseed-dregs and flaxseeddregs total amino nitrogen comparison outdoes 0.48% and 0.25%. The paper also introduced the experiment of flaxseed-dregs through adopting craft of concentration and counteraction, which finally indicated: after each ton flaxseed-dregs hydrolisis being filtrated, the volume concentrated to original volume 1/2 and 1/3, needed counteracted Na2CO3 amount reduced 0.14 ton and 0.24 ton compared with the comparison, which saved raw material cost approximately 216 Yuan and 376 Yuan, and could recycled thick HCl approximately 115L and 340L.
