多信息融合技术的城市交通监控系统的研究 被引量:10

Research on City Traffic Monitoring and Controlling System Based on Multi-Information Fusion Technique

摘要 将车辆检测器、射频技术以及计算机图像处理技术应用于城市交通监控系统,形成智能交通的一个子系统.介绍了三种传感器的信息处理和融合技术,能实现交通流量统计、智能交通调控、自动违章处理、车辆跟踪处理、交通实时查询以及车辆统计等功能,解决城市交通管理中的一系列经典难题. Some techniques including vehicle detector, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and image processing in computer are used in city traffic monitoring and controlling system, and a sub-system of ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) is built. The information processing and fusion techniques of three kinds of sensors are introduced, this sub-system can achieve traffic flow statistics, intelligent traffic adjusting and controlling, automatic traffic peccancy disposing, vehicle track, real time traffic conditions query and quantity of vehicle statistic, can solve a series of classical problem in city traffic management system.
