摘要 将四象限光电探测器应用于目标方位测量时,探测器四个象限的一致性至关重要.用日光灯灯光作光源测量四象限光电探测器象限间响应度一致性,此方法简单有效,容易实现,且能达到较高的精度.用此方法测量了一个GT111四象限光电探测器,其象限间响应度一致性>82%,测得的结果显示GT111四象限光电探测器具有较好的象限间响应度一致性. The detector's coherence between four quadrants is very important for applying a quadrant photo detector in object position-sensitive detecting. A method is described to measure the response coherence between the four quadrants of a quadrant photo detector by using fluorescent lamp. This method is simple and easy to be realized. A preferably precise result of the response coherence can be obtained by the method. A GT111 quadrant photo detector was measured using this method and coherence better than 82% was obtained. The result reveals that the GT111 has good response coherence between the four quadrants.
