摘要
应用并行计算技术对复杂微波组件电子束焊接过程中三维应力变形进行了有限元分析。结果表明,组件焊接变形形式为向上翘曲,最大变形量为3.441 mm,与实测值吻合。
In this paper, 3-D stress and distortion of a complex microwave device during electron beam welding process are simulated by finite element analysis using parallel computation method. The result shows that the device buckles. The final distortion is 3.441 mm and conforms to measured value.
