摘要
本文以浙江省11地市中小学学校体育设施向社区开放情况的抽样调查为论证依据,讨论现状和对策。表明:有三分之二的中小学学校体育设施向社区开放或曾开放过,影响学校体育设施向社区开放的主要因素为:缺乏管理力量和经费、学校与社区在开放中的职责不明、学校的安全问题等,并提出“政府协调,社区负责,学校辅助,适度有偿”的工作思路。
By the sample survey into the openness of physical education facilities in 11 primary and middle schools in Zhejiang, I discover that： two in three of elhi physical education facilities in Zhejiang are open or were open to communities. Considering the main influences on the openness to be： the shortage in management strength and funds; the unclearness of responsibilities between schools and communities; the security of schools and so on, I propose the stratages which requires coordinations by the governments, responsibilities in the communities, assists from the schools, with moderation and being non-gratuitous.
