摘要
通过对北京、天津、上海已向社会开放体育场地的学校进行调研,揭示了目前学校体育场地开放的现状和开放形式及管理模式,探索了学校体育场地开放的政策、法规制度和管理体制,总结了学校体育场地开放中的有益做法和基本经验,为学校体育场地开放提出了科学、合理、可行的意见和建议。
Based on a survey of the opening rate of school sports fields to the public in Cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai,the authors analyzed the current situation and management modals of school sports fields. Benefits and experiences drawn in the opening of sports fields were summarized and relative policies, management regulations and systems were discussed. Reasonable and practical suggestions were put forward for further opening of school sports fields to the public.
