摘要
作为企业获取外部知识和能力的一条重要途径,越来越多的企业开始认识到合作创新的重要性。而知识能否在组织间成功转移直接影响到合作创新的绩效。从知识特性、企业文化、组织结构和深层交流等方面探讨了合作创新过程中知识转移的障碍因素,并从理论视角针对性地提出促进合作创新中知识转移的愿景、文化、结构和方法等具体的实施策略,希望能为促进合作企业知识的良性转移,并提升合作创新绩效提供一定的支持作用。
As an important avenue for acquiring the outer knowledge and capability, collaborative innovation has attracted great attention of more and more enterprises. It is knowledge transferring that directly affects the performance of collaborative innovation. The impediment factors of knowledge transferring between collaborative innovation enterprises are brought forward from the view of knowledge characteristic, enterprise culture, organization structure and deep communication. Moreover,some practicable measures focusing on the knowledge transferring vision, enterprise culture, organization structure and implement methods are provided. We expect these means Can be constructive to accelerate the knowledge transferring successfully and promote the collaborative innovation performance.
