Research on the Impact of Supplier Involvement in New Product Development on Manufacturer's Technology Innovation Capability

摘要以组织学习理论为依据,结合供应商参与新产品开发的实践,提出了供应商参与新产品开发对制造企业技术创新能力影响的概念模型和研究假设.检验结果表明,供应商能力、制造企业与供应商之间的关系质量、供应商参与新产品开发情景,以及制造企业组织学习对制造企业的技术创新能力均具有显著影响.结合检验结果,对制造企业通过供应商参与新产品开发提高自身技术创新能力提出了管理建议. Based on the principles of organization learning, and combined with the practice of supplier involvement in new product development, it puts forward a conceptual model and research hypothesis on the impacts of supplier involvement in new product development on manufacturer＇s technology innovation capability. The result shows that supplier＇s capability, the quality of the relationship between manufacturer and supplier, the condition of supplier involvement in new product development, and manufacturer＇s organization learning all have impacts on manufacturer＇s technology innovation capability. At last, it provides some suggestions for manufacturers to improve their technology innovation capability through supplier involvement in new product development.
