对广东的羽毛球俱乐部进行纵向分析,从以下几个方面揭示出在当今市场经济的大环境下业余体育俱乐部的生存、发展及对大众体育所产生的深远影响。1)业余羽毛球俱乐部的内部管理机制。2)业余羽毛球俱乐部的资金运作。3)业余羽毛球俱乐部如何解决训练问题。4)退役羽毛球运动员在业余羽毛球俱乐部中的作用。
With the analysis about badminton clubs in Guangdong, the influences of badminton dubs＇ development on sports for all are researched under the backgrotmd of socialist market economy. Four aspects of amateur badminton clubs are researched, including the interior management system, the operation of finance, the solution about how to train, and the functions of retired professional athletes.
