摘要
目的:通过对白术芍药散各配伍与抗腹泻药效之间关系来探讨其配伍规律。方法:运用正交设计方法,用番泻叶造成小鼠腹泻模型,以腹泻次数为指标,观察白术芍药散各配伍与药效变化之间的关系。结果:白术芍药散减少腹泻小鼠D I,主要作用药物为芍药,防风拮抗芍药,白术能增加防风的作用,而陈皮与芍药防风配伍后能增强芍药的作用。结论:在白术芍药散的抗腹泻药效中,其最佳组合为芍药陈皮。
Objective：To investigate compatible principle of Baizhushaoyao powder by anti--diarrhea experiment. Methods ：Diarrhea frequence was selected as index for orthoganal design on the basis of mouse diarrhea induced by Cassia angustifolia Vahl. Results. As to DI, the main antidiarrhea drug was Shaoyao. Fangfeng had counteracter against Shaoyao＇s effect, Baizhu could enforce the effect of Fangfeng, but Chenpi could enforce the effect of Shaoyao after its compatibility with Fangfeng. Conclusion ：In the anti -diarrhea pharmacological effects of Baizhushaoyao powder, its optimal compatibility is Shaoyao and Chenpi.
