参苓白术散对溃疡性结肠炎脾虚型模型大鼠CD44、CD54及CD62p的影响 被引量:43

Effects of Shenglingbaizhusan Decoction on CD44,D62p and CD54 in Ulcerative Colitis Rats with Asthenia of Spleen

摘要 目的探讨参苓白术散对溃疡性结肠炎脾虚证大鼠模型吞噬细胞膜糖蛋白(CD44)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(CD54)及可溶性粘附分子P选择素(CD62p)的干预调节作用。方法建立溃疡性结肠炎脾虚证动物模型,观察参苓白术散对溃疡性结肠炎脾虚证大鼠模型一般情况、结肠黏膜组织损伤、脾脏指数和胸腺指数的影响,用流式细胞仪检测大鼠CD44、CD54及CD62p表达水平。结果参苓白术散可显著升高模型大鼠大鼠脾脏指数和胸腺指数,降低模型大鼠CD44、CD62p表达(P<0.01),对CD54表达无明显下调作用(P﹥0.05)。结论参苓白术散治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理与恢复机体的免疫功能、下调CD44、CD62p的表达有关。 Objective To explore the effect of Shenglingbaizhusan(SLBZ) decoction on the expression of CD44,D62p and CD54 in ulcerative colitis(UC) rats with asthenia of the spleen(AS). Methods The UC of AS model was established by chronic attracting, out of constant diet and acid injection. The expressions of CD44, D62p and CD54 in peripheral blood were determined by FCM method and the changes of appearance and action,thymus and spleen indexes were observed. Results Compared with model group, SLBE decoction could significantly increase the thymus and spleen indexes and reduce the levels of CD44, CD62p, while the levels of CD54 had no significant change. Conclusion It is suggested that SLBZ decoction can enhance the immune function and decrease the levels of CD44 and CD62p ,which is probably one of the mechanisms on its efficacy.
