摘要
在利用仿真结果确定线路传输功率极限时,“保守”的负荷模型总是用来预留线路传输的安全裕量,以确保系统的安全。文章通过2个算例的仿真发现,在电力系统稳定器的作用下,找不到一个对各种故障方式都“保守”的负荷模型,并提出了保证电力系统安全的新的决策方式,即使各种模型(包括负荷模型)都尽量符合实际,计算出线路传输功率极限,减去仿真误差,留出安全裕量,最后得到线路传输功率极限。
In China when transmitting power limit of transmission lines is decided by simulation results, to ensure the security of power system the conservative load models are always used to give over the security margin of transmission lines in advance. From the simulation results of two examples, the authors discover that there is no such a load model which is conservative to the simulation of all kinds of faults while power system stabilizer (PSS) is adopted. Thus a new decisionmaking method to ensure power system security is proposed, i.e., the simulation is conducted under the condition that all models (including load models) are in keeping with the practice as possible, from the obtained transmitting power limit the simulation errors and security margin are subtracted, then the residual is the utilizable transmitting power limit of the transmission lines.
