摘要
从永磁直线电机的结构入手,分析了电机几何结构与推力的关系。引入了两极单元直线电机的概念,提出了通过对两极单元直线电机进行组合,来设计任意推力永磁直线电机的设计方法。运用该方法完成了一台推力为3000N的永磁直线电机的设计,并对样机进行了推力与定位力的测试实验,验证了设计方法的可行性。
The concept of the unit linear motor with two poles is presented by discussing the relationship between the thrust and the geometry configuration of linear motor. Then the design method of linear motor by using the unit linear motor with two poles is discussed. By using this method, a permanent magnet linear motor with a thrust of 3000N is designed and produced. Finally a few performance experiments are taken to verify the result of design.
