摘要
介绍高推力永磁同步直线电动机的原理和特点,指出端部效应和齿槽效应会产生定位力及其波动,提出具有段间 移位的分段式轮换对称初级绕组和铁芯的电磁结构设计方案,分析该方案对端部效应和齿槽效应的消弱作用。分析结 果表明,该方案可以有效改善高推力永磁同步直线电动机的推力平稳性。
The principle and characteristic of high thrust permanent magnet linear motors(HT-PMLSM)was introduced.The end effect and slot effect would result in cogging force was indicated.A novel electromagnetic structure scheme of segmented windings and iron cores with cyclic permutation order and shifted relative location among segments for HT-PMLSM primary part was presented.Counterpoise of the end effect and slot effect with the novel scheme was analyzed.The result showed that the novel scheme could effectively improve the smooothness of the thrust of HT-PMLSM.
