步长脑心通对改善血管性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆行为的作用 被引量:10

摘要 【目的】观察步长脑心通对血管性痴呆(VD)模型学习记忆能力的影响。【方法】将50只大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、西药(喜德镇)组及步长脑心通组,建立实验动物模型。于制模30 d后分别进行跳台实验及Morris水迷宫实验进行大鼠行为学检测。【结果】模型大鼠行为学发生改变,模型组与正常组比较学习成绩及记忆成绩降低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗后步长脑心通组与模型组比较学习记忆成绩显著提高(P<0.05)。【结论】本实验研究结果说明VD模型大鼠学习记忆能力明显下降,步长脑心通能改善模型大鼠的学习记忆能力。 [Objective]To explore the mechanism of the Buehang Naoxintong (NXT) through observing learning and memory behaviors in the Vascular dementia (VD) model rats and the effect of NXT on them. [Methods]Fifty rats were divided into a normal group, sham-operation group, a model group, a western medicine group and a NXT group. The learning and memory behavior of rat was detected by diving platform experiment and Morris water maze after making model and taking drug for thirty days. [Results]The behavior of Model Rats changed. Learning and memory ability of the model group comparing with the normal group decreased significantly after model made, the difference was significant ( P 〈0.01). Learning and memory bahavior of the NXT group increased significantly after treatment ( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion]The learning and memory behavior of the model rats are decreased obviously. The NXT can improve the learning and memory behavior of the model rats.
