摘要
通过化学成分分析、高温室温拉伸试验、显微组织分析、微区扫描电镜及能谱分析、钢管内外壁氧化腐蚀分析等方法,对1 100 t/h直流锅炉运行5万h以上其过热器和再热器钢管寿命状态进行试验研究。通过对试验数据、向火面与背火面显微组织、脱碳层及高温氧化腐蚀的综合分析,确认过热器Ⅰ材质老化及氧化腐蚀程度严重,要求在适当时间安排更换;再热器Ⅰ材质中度老化,应加强对该钢管的金属监督检查。
By means of chemical composition analysis, tensile test in high and normal temperature, microscopic constitution, scanning electro-microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, oxidated corrosion analysis on inner and outer pipe wall, the life state of the steel pipe in superheater and reheater with operation for more than 50,000h in 1 100t/h DC boiler is tested. Comprehensive analysis of the test data, microscopic constitution of fireside and fire-resistant side surface, decarburized layer and high temperature oxidated corro- sion confirms the superheater I has the severe troubles of material aging and oxidated corrosion. The superheater I should be changed in an appropriate time. The reheater I with moderated aging should be monitored for metal supervision and examination with more attention.
