摘要 研究锌精矿制粒沸腾焙烧的制粒和焙烧过程。结果表明,选用圆筒制粒机为制粒设备,成球率可通过配料水份、制粒机倾角和转速来控制,硫酸加返回物为合适的粘合剂。制粒沸腾焙烧提高了炉子的处理能力,床处理能力达到30.4t/m2.d。炉温控制得当,风量均匀,焙砂质量可以达到Pb<1.0%,Cd<0.05%,S<1%的控制要求。沸腾炉操作温度可控制在1140-1180℃,比现有粉状物料焙烧操作温度提高60-80℃。 The palletizing and roasting processes in fluidized roasting of pelletized zinc concentrate are investigated. The results show that the yield of granule product can be controlled by adjustment of the raw material moisture, pelletizer inclination and rotating rate, and the mixture of sulfuric acid and return material is the proper bond additive. The capacity of the fluidized roasting furnace is increased by use of granule material, up to 30.4t/m^2· d. The calcine quality requirements for Pb〈 1.0%, Cd〈0.05% and S〈 1% can be met if the operation temperature is properly controlled, and the blast is uniform. The operating temperature of the fluidized roasting furnace is able to be controlled in the range of 1140- 1180℃ , higher than that the normal situation by a factor of 60- 80℃.
