摘要
冷却水套结渣和富氧浓度是影响锌精矿沸腾焙烧炉生产能力的重要因素。结渣的主要成分是铁和锌的化合物,在炉子正常运行条件下,它直接影响冷却水套的换热效果。加大沸腾层内的排热力度如采用喷水装置或活动水套等措施可以适当提高炉子生产能力。特别是局部增氧工艺为增加炉子产量提供了新的技术思路。
The capacity production of fluidized bed roaster is mainly influenced by the clinker of cooling-jacket and the concentration of oxy- gen-enriched air blast . The chemical composition of clinker mostly includes the iron and zinc compounds,under the condition of normal op- eration,the efficiency of heat transfer of circulating cooling water is directly influenced by it. In order to improve the capacity of roaster, some measures such as a set of cooling water sprayer or a removable set of cooling-jacket etc. must be applied . Especially the new ideal of the application of partial oxygen-enriched air blast is proposed.
