高效液相色谱法—蒸发光散射检测器法测定参附注射液中人参皂苷的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:用HPLC-ELSD法测定参附注射液(红参、附片)中人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1的含量。方法:HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱:Waters symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6mm)×150mm),5μm),流动相:乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,ELSD漂移管(气化室)温度120℃,氮气流速1.8mL/min。结果:该方法测定参附注射液中人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1的含量,线性范围为0.322~3.22μg(人参皂苷Rg1)、0.290-2.90μg(人参皂苷Re)、0.508-5.08μg(人参皂苷肚Rb1)。结论:本方法简便、准确、有效、可行,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。 AIM: To determine the content of ginsenoside Rg1 ,Re and Rb, in Shenfu Injection (Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng Rubra, etc. ) by HPLC-ELSD. METHODS: Separation was achieved on a Waters ODS column (4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm). Elution was carried out using a gradient of aeetonitrile and water. Drift tube temperature :120 ℃, gas flow rate : 1.8 mL/min. RESULTS: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 322-3.22μg for ginsenoside Rg1 ,0. 290-2.90 μg for ginsenoside Re,0. 508-5.08 μg for ginsenoside Rb1. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate, effective and feasible. It can be used to control the quality of Shenfu Injection.
