综述了黄芪及其制剂中主要活性成分黄芪甲苷含量测定方法的最新进展,包括薄层色谱-分光光度法、荧光分光光度法、TLCS和HPLC法,评述了每一种分析方法的特点,为黄芪及其制剂质量控制提供参考。
The latest research progress on quantitative determination methods of main active component-astragaloside Ⅳ in Radix astragali and its preparations has been summarized, such as TLC-spectrophotometry, spectrophotofluorimetry, thin-layer chromatography scanning and high performance liquid chromatography. The characteristics of every analytical method have also been stated. It offers reference on quality control of crude drug and its preparations of Radix astragali.
