摘要
基础教育课程改革需要专业化的师资做支撑。高师教育是教师专业成长的平台。高师教育一方面应加快改革的步伐,走在基础教育的前列,培养专业化的高素质教师,适应、推动基础教育的发展;另一方面,要充分发挥高师的学术力量,依托教育科学理论研究优势,研究基础教育的新情况、新问题,提出新的教育理念、教育思想和教育方法,成为基础教育改革的推动者和引导者,引领基础教育课程改革健康发展。
The course reform of basic education needs professionalized teachers' supporting, the teacher educational system is the platform which the teacher professionalization grew up. The teacher educational system on one hand should quicken the steps of reforming, reform before the basic education, training the professionalized high- quality teachers, adapting and promoting ,the development of basic education; On the other hand, it should give full play to the high teacher academic strength , rely on the theoretical research advantage of the science of education, study the new situation of the basic education, new, problem, put forward new education idea , educational thought and educational method , become basic pusher and leader of educational reform , lead basic education course reform develop in a healthy way.
