摘要
微波技术应用于天然产物生物活性成分的提取范围广泛,且具有设备简单、萃取效率高、选择性强、重现性好、省时省溶剂、节能环保等众多优点。本文仅就微波技术对突然产物中的挥发油、黄酮、苷类及其它如多糖、萜类、生物碱、有机酸等生物活性成分的提取研究进行综述,并对今后该技术的应用研究作了展望。
The microwave aided ext faction technique on the natural substance of active constituent was widely field and other methods it was also illustrated that MAE has the characteristics of the simple equipment, good recovery, good redup lication,less time and solvent con sump ion, and less pollutant, This paper presents the principle of the microwave aided ext faction technique (MAE) and reviews it srecent progress on the ext faction of natural active constituents, its current research status , progress and prospects.
