摘要
小湾水电站水轮机单机容量(714MW)大,是当今世界上该水头段(最大水头251m)单机容量最大,转速最高的水轮机,且水头变幅大,因此其设计、制造难度都非常大。而水轮机参数选择的先进性和合理性,结构设计的可靠性和适用性等都是决定水轮机能否安全稳定运行的重要因素。针对小湾水电站水轮机主要性能参数和结构型式进行了分析研究、概括和总结,可供借鉴和参考。
The turbine of Xiaowan hydropower station has the maximum capacity (714 MW) and the highest rotate speed in this water head (the highest water head is 251 m) range on the world with high difficulty of design and manufactory. The progress and rationality of turbine parameter selection, and the reliability and applicability of structure design are important factors on which the turbine can operate safety and stably depending. The selection of the main performance parameters and structure of turbine has been analysed, studied and summarized in this article which can be used as a reference.
