摘要
为克服油田35 kV系统中性点手动调匝式消弧线圈档位调节方式存在的不足,从系统正常运行状态和单相接地故障两个方面分析了消弧线圈的调节原则;结合具体的油田35 kV系统,利用EMTP/ATP电磁暂态程序计算系统各种运行方式下的电容电流、消弧线圈补偿后残流和位移电压,推荐了消弧线圈的档位调节表;为实现自动选择手动调匝式消弧线圈的运行档位,提出了专家系统的构想。
Manual shift type arc-extinction coils are adopted widely for the neutral point of 35kV system in oil field power network, the method for regulating the operational taps by manual operation is based on the estimated capacitive current with the network structure t to select the working tap. As the estimation method is so rude that the selective tap is unsuitable to lead the higher neutral displaced voltage and bigger residual current in single-phase earth fault, which endangers the safety operation of 35kV system. For the disadvantages of manual shift type arc-extinction coil which is regulated by manual operation, connected with the neutral point of 35kV system in oil field power network, the regulative principle for operating arc-extinction coil is analyzed from two sides of both normal operation and single-phase earth fault condition. In order to make full use of the manual shift type arc-extinction coils, it is necessary to investigate the method to select automatically the operational taps for manual shift type arc-extinction coils, according to capacitive current, the fault residual current and the neutral displaced voltage calculated by the computer software. With the practical sample of 35kV system in oil field power network, capacitive currents, fault residual currents and neutral displaced voltages in different operational modes are calculated by EMTP/ATP program ; and then the regulating table for operational taps of arc-extinction coll is recommended in the paper. In order to automatically select the operational taps for manual shift type arc-extinction coil, the idea on setting up Expert System is proposed finally. The results of calculation analysis and the field test have shown that the regulating table and the selective method for operational taps of manual arc-extinction coil is available, the operational taps can be selective automatically by the Expert System replacing the manual operation.
