摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的飞速发展,我国原有的专科院校大部分已经通过合并等形式过渡为本科院校,此类学校称为新建本科院校。新建本科院校同原本科院校相比,面临着尽快提高教师的科研能力和学术水平等问题。而解决这些问题的主要途径是建立合理科研管理机制,充分调动广大教师的科研积极性,从而强化其科研能力,提高学术水平。文章对新建本科院校科研管理中存在的问题进行了初步分析,并提出了构建科研管理创新体系的初步设想。
The problems in the scientific research management in the newly - established universities have been the obstacles to its dcvclopment. The thesis makes a preliminary analysis of the problems, clarifies its tasks, puts forwards the innovative strategy for the construction of the scientific management mechanism.
