摘要
目的明确猴头菌丝体中氨基葡萄糖含量与培养材料及培养时间的关系。方法将不同培养方式的猴头菌丝体消解,中和、显色后用分光光度法测定氨基葡萄糖含量。结果不同培养材料培养的猴头菌丝体中氨基葡萄糖含量不同,以马铃薯培养液培养的猴头菌丝体中氨基葡萄糖含量最高.小麦和玉米培养液培养的猴头茼丝体中氨基葡萄糖含量相近,玉米培养液的稍高;不同培养时间的猴头菌丝体中氨基葡萄糖的含量有差异,但在25~35d期间内差异不大。结论测定固体培养猴头的菌丝量时,要选用与固体培养基相似争件培养的纯菌丝体作为参照物,培养时间宜在25~35d之间。
Objective To ascertain the relationship between the content of glucosamine in mycelium of Hericium erinaceus and the culture medium and the time. Methods Digest the mycelium of Hericium erinaceus, neutralize it and show colour, then determine the content of glucosamine by spectrophotometric method. Results The content of glucosamine in mycelium of Hericium erinaceus was different in different cultural, medium. It was the highest in mycelium of Hericium erinaceus in culture potato, and it is close in culture wheat and culture corn, it is tallish in culture corn. The content of glucosamine in mycelium of Hericium erinaceus of different culture time is different, but the difference is not distinct between the 25th day and the 35th day. Conclusion To determine the content of mycolium of Hericium erinaceus, we can use the puremycelium cultured at the similar condition with solid culture medium as reference, and the culture time between 25 days and 35 days is available.
