摘要
采用正交试验方法研究了MC尼龙/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料的配方,测试了复合材料的力学及耐热性能,探讨了OMMT、催化剂(NaOH)扣助催化剂(TDI)对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,OMMT对MC尼龙的聚合反应有阻聚作用,少量(1—2份)的OMMT可以提高复合材料的多数力学强度、硬度和维卡软化温度,继续增加OMMT的用量则使复合材料的性能降低。以加权综合评分法优化的试验配方是:己内酰胺100份、OMMT2份、NaOH0.25份、TD10.45份。
The preparation of MC nylon/organic montmorillonite(OMMT) nonocomposite was studied through orthogonal test method. Through measuring mechanical and thermal properties of composite, effects of OMMT, catalyzer NaOH, catalyzer aid TDI on properties of composite were analysed. The results showed that OMMT was obstructive to polymeric reaction and a small amount of OM- MT( 1 ~ 2 phr) could improve mechanical strength, hardness and Vicat softening temperture(VST) of the composite. These properties were decreased when continuing increasing OMMT content. The optimal preparation by synthetic method was 100 phr caprolactam, 2 phr OMMT, 0.25 phr NaOH, 0.45 phr TDI.
