摘要
通过阴离子原位聚合法制备了MC尼龙 6/纳米TiO2 复合材料 ,采用透射电子显微镜观察了纳米TiO2 在复合材料中的分散形态 ,并研究了纳米TiO2 含量对复合材料的热稳定性和力学性能的影响。结果表明 :在纳米TiO2 质量分数低于 2 %时 ,纳米TiO2 能较均匀地分散在复合材料中 ,对复合材料同时具有增强和增韧的作用 ;纳米TiO2 的加入提高了复合材料热稳定性 ,使MC尼龙 6的起始降解温度提高 2~ 3℃ ,最大失重速率温度大幅度提高 ,并随纳米TiO2
MC nylon 6/ nano-meter TiO 2 composite was prepared by anionic in-situ polymerization.The dispersion of nano-meter TiO 2 in the composite was studied by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The effects of nano-meter TiO 2 content on the thermostability and mechanical properties of the composite were also studied.The results showed when the content was lower than 2 wt%,the nano-meter TiO 2 dispersed homogeneously in the composite,had good effects on the reinforcement and toughening of the composite;the addition of nano-meter TiO 2 improved the thermostability of the composites,made the initial decomposition temperature risen 2~3 ℃,the temperature of maximum weight-loss rate rose obviously and rose with the increase of the content of nano-meter TiO 2.
