摘要 为提高物流网络的协同效率和有序程度,提出了协同物流网络结构熵与运行熵的综合分析方法.应用协调共生理论和分形理论,分析协同物流网络的经济共生性和系统复杂性,通过元胞自动机理论描述系统的熵变过程与自组织运行机制,基于熵的概念,计算出包括时效模型和质量模型的结构有序度,并推导系统的运行有序度表达式.从流程规范、集中控制和子系统自主性3个方面,得出物流网络的协同效率与系统有序度相一致的结论.研究结果表明,通过结构有序度与运行有序度的协调统一,该方法能有效改善协同物流网络的有序性和整体效率. A synthetic method based on structure entropy and operation entropy was put forward to improve the collaboration efficiency and order degree of logistics network. The economic symbiosis and organizational complexity of collaborative logistics network were analyzed by using coordinated symbiosis and fractal theory. The change of entropy and self-organizing mechanism were described by cellular automata theory. Based on the concept of entropy, structural order was calculated in time-effect and quality models, and the expression of operation order was derived. From process specification, centralized control and independence of sub-systems, the collaboration efficiency was confirmed consistent with the order degree of collaborative logistics network. Research results showed that the method is valid to improve the performance of collaborative logistics network by coordinating the orders of structure and operation.
