Adaptation and coordination of fractal supply chain in (manufacturing) industry

摘要 由蛋白质分形结构的启示,提出了供应链分形代理的内部结构、分形信息组件和协调单元的作用以及制造业分形供应链的嵌套模式,分析了分形供应链在成本和协同性方面的特点.针对供应链运作环境的不确定性,研究了制造业分形供应链动态适应的方法和协调系统的原理,并以汽车制造业为背景对分形供应链管理进行了探索. With the inspiration of fractal structure in protein, the internal structure of fractal agents, the function of fractal information components and coordination units, and the nesting mode of fractal supply chain in manufacturing industry are presented. The feature of fractal supply chain in cost and cooperation is analyzed. Aiming at the uncertainty of the supply chain operation environment, the approach to dynamic adaptation of supply chain in manufacturing industry and the mechanism of coordination system is studied. An exploration of fractal supply chain management in automobile industry is given.
