摘要
人口自然增长率是制定人口政策时一个重要的参考指标.本文应用神经网络的方法找出了适合在一个长时期内进行人口自然增长率预测的方法,与线性回归相比具有较高的精度,对人口政策的制定具有一定的参考价值.
The population natural increasing rate is a key reference in establishing populaton policy. In this paper the method of Neural Network is used to predict the population natural increasing rate in a long time, what＇s more,it has upper precision than the method of linear regression. This method has an important reference value for the establishing of population policy.
