摘要
采用超声波提取法从沙棘果渣中提取总黄酮,以正交试验法确定了总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并与传统热回流提取法进行了比较。结果表明,超声提取沙棘果渣总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取液V(乙酸乙酯)∶V(体积分数95%乙醇)=3∶7,料液比(m/V)为1∶10,在温度50℃下提取30 m in;提取方法的比较结果表明,超声提取法优于传统热回流提取法。
The ultrasonic extraction of total flanovonoids in the fruit marc of Hippophae rhamnoides L. was studied. The extraction process of total flanovonoids was optimized with orthogonal experiment,and there was a comparison between the ultrasonic method and the refluxing method. The results indicated that optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:the mixture solution of V(ethyl acetate) and V(95%0 ethanol)(3 : 7) as extracting solvent,stock ratio 1 : 10 (mass : volume),temperature 50℃,time 30 min. And the ultrasonic method was superior to the refluxing technology.
