摘要
为解决油井井下气、液分离问题和抽油泵的泵效,提高整个系统的工作效率,通过模拟井筒抽吸气液两相流体的室内实验,对多杯等流型气锚、普通气锚和无气锚情况下的气液分离效果进行了研究.结果表明:冲次越大,井口出气越多,脱气效率就越低,泵效也就越低;在气液比和气锚一定时,冲次从0逐渐增加的情况下,有一个临界冲次;当冲次数大于临界冲次时,脱气效率会随着冲次的增加而减少;在相同的气液比下,多杯等流型气锚的临界冲次明显大于其他的气锚;在气液比和气锚一定时,采液量从0逐渐增加的情况下,会有一个临界值;当采液量大于临界值时,井口出气量会随着采液量的增加而增大;在相同的气液比下,多杯等流型气锚的临界采液量明显大于其他的气锚;多杯等流型气锚在气液分离的效果上明显优于普通的气锚,采用该气锚对脱气效率会有较大提高.
In order to effectively solve the problems of separating gas from fluid under oil wells,enhance pump efficiency of oil well pump,and increase working efficiency of the whole system,through experiments performed in the lab that simulated the mineshaft to pull out two phases fluids of gas and liquid, aiming at situations of using the multi-cup uniform flux gas anchor,ordinary gas anchor and no gas anchor,research has been carried out of the effects of separating gas from fluid.The results proved that the larger the pumping speed,the more the outgoing gas from the well top,the lower the degassing effect.Therefore,the pump will be less efficient.When the gfr and the gas anchor are constant,on the condition that the pumping speed is gradually increased from zero,there will be a critical pumping speed.When the pumping speed is higher than the critical pumping speed,the degassing efficiency will be lower with the pumping speed is larger,the critical pumping speed of multi-cup uniform flux gas anchor is obviously larger than that of others at the same gfr.When the gfr and the gas anchor is invariable,on the condition that the liquid output is gradually increased from zero,there will be a critical value.When the liquid output is larger than the critical value,the air output from the well top will be larger with the increasing the liquid output,the critical liquid output of multi-cup uniform flux gas anchor is obviously larger than that of others at the same gfr. The multi-cup uniform flux gas anchor is obviously better than ordinary gas anchor on effects of separating gas from fluid,the degassing efficiency will be greatly improved by the kind of gas anchor.
