井下油气分离器分气效率影响因素 被引量:6

AFFECTING FACTORS RESEARCH ON GAS-SEPARATING EFFICIENCY OF DOWNHOLE GAS/OIL SEPARATOR

摘要 井下油气分离器的分气效率是评价分离器的重要指标,而影响分气效率的因素有很多。为此,先从理论上对包括气液比和流体流速在内的6个因素如黏度、分离器直径等进行了分析,并根据井下油气分离器的分气原理,建立了研究影响分气效率因素的实验流程。实验主要针对气液比和流体流速这2个因素进行了研究,实验结果显示:气液比越大,分气效率越高;流体流速越大,分气效率越高。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。 Gas-separating efficiency is one of important index to evaluates downhole gas/oil separator,But there are many factors that effect on gas-separating efficiency,such as viscosity,diameter of separator and gas/liquid ration were all Analyzed.According to principle of downhole gas/oil separator,a process of experiment was established to study effect factors of separator efficiency.The test mainly analyzed velocity and gas oil ratio,shows that one of gas oil ratio or velocity was increased,the efficiency of gas-separating more high,the experiment also demonstrated the results of theoretical analysis.
