摘要
研究了只有部分权重信息(区间数)且属性值为定值的多属性决策问题。首先,基于局部与全局最优综合属性值,分别建立了一个目标规划模型。其次,通过求解这两个模型获得方案的排序,提出了基于两阶段规划的多属性决策新方法,该方法具有操作简便且易于上机实现的特点。最后,通过实例说明模型及方法的可行性和有效性。
The multi- attribute decision making problems that the attribute weights (interval numbers) are partly known and the attribute values are numeric are investigated. Firstly, based on the optimal overall attribute values of alternatives in local and whole, two goal -programming models are established, respectively. Secondly, the ranking priorities on alternatives are obtained by solving the two models. A novel method based on two - phase goal prograrnming model for multi -attribute decision -making is proposed. The method is characterized by simple operation and easy to implement on computer. Finally, a practical example is illustrated to show the feasibility and availability of the developed model and method.
