从绿脓假单胞菌中检出GES-5型超广谱β内酰胺酶 被引量:6

摘要 美罗培南年度监测项目(MYSTIC)和美国一抗生素耐药监测项目(SENTRY)细菌耐药监测组、中国医院病原菌耐药监测组和中国细菌耐药监测研究组报告显示,绿脓假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)已成为医院感染的重要病原菌,其对β内酰胺类抗生素的耐药性正呈现出逐年上升的趋势,且已呈多重耐药现象。革兰阴性细菌产生的各种质粒介导的超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)是导致其对新型广谱β-内酰胺类抗生素产生耐药性的重要机制。
