企业技术工人公平感与工作满意和组织承诺关系的实证研究

摘要
本研究以深圳地区企业技术工人为研究对象,通过实证研究企业技术工人组织公平结构及其与工作满意度、组织承诺的关系。研究结果表明:我国企业技术工人的组织公平结构可以分配公平、程序公平、领导公平和互动公平四个维度;组织公平各维度与工作满意度、组织承诺显著正相关;分配公平对工作满意度和组织承诺有显著的预测作用。
