摘要
教师专业发展是20世纪90年代以来我国教师教育研究的核心问题。教师专业发展是教师个体专业动态的终生发展过程,呈现出阶段性,各阶段面临不同的发展内容与任务。教师专业发展内涵是多层面、多领域的。教学反思、行动研究和校本培训等是促进教师专业发展的有效途径。教师专业发展研究对改善教师专业素质、构建一体化师资培养模式具有启发借鉴意义。
It is a focus to study teachers＇ specialty development in china since 1990s.The teachers＇ specialty evelopment is a process of individual active profess- ionalization ,including a series of different development stages.The major means of teachers＇ specialty development have reflective teaching and action research and so on .The study has certain enlighten.
