摘要
目的探讨静脉腔内激光闭合术治疗（Endovenous laser treatment，EVLT）下肢静脉曲张（Varicose veins of lower extremity，VVLE）的临床效果。方法对122例VVLE患者共146条患肢采用英国DIOMED公司生产的激光治疗仪行EVLT或EVLT联合手术治疗。结果随访2～24个月，全部病人经B超复查均未发现大隐静脉再通、局部复发及血液反流现象；所有症状明显改善或消失，无严重并发症。结论EVLT是治疗下肢静脉曲张安全、有效、可靠且无疤痕或很小疤痕的微创好方法，针对患者个体情况进行EVLT或联合手术的个体化治疗，可以取得更好的疗效。
Objective To assess the clinical effect and the therapeutic experience of treating varicose vein of lower extremity （VVLE） with endovenous laser treatment （EVLT） .Methods 122 patients with VVLE （146 legs） were treated with EVLT or EVLT combination with operation by laser machine of England DIOMED Company. Results Post-operative follow-up （2 - 24 months） of EVLT in 122 patients indicated 100% vein of lower extremity closure under Doppler ultrasound.All of the symptoms disappeared or significantly improved. No severe complications. Conclusion EVLT is a safe, effective and reliable minimally invasive treatment for VVLE. The individual treatment with EVLT or EVLT combination with operation can achieve better curative effect.
