摘要
对内科血液病房全年151例住院患者进行药物不良反应(ADRs)集中监测,其中104例出现422次ADRs,发生率为68.9%(104/151)。消化系ADRs频率最高(71.2%)神经系统ADRs其次(34.6%)。ADRsA型轻度最多,第1天出现多见。引起ADRs的药物以抗肿瘤药最多,其次为激素类:引起ADRs的单种药共36种(316例次),其中阿糖胞苷居首(138例次),其次为强的松;联合用药ADRs共106例次。104例ARDs组的平均住院日数,用药种数及次数均高于非ADRs组,两组差异均非常显著(P<0.01)。造血系肿瘤及急性白血病患者ADRs发生率最高(90.9%及89.8%),红细胞系疾病患者最低(44.1%)。
An intensive hospital monitoring over a period of one year (Mar.1994 Feb.1995)was perforrned in medical hemoconiosis ward. During the given period 151 hospitalized patients were monitored.There were 422 verified ADRs identified in 104 patients (incident rate=68. 9%).ADRs frequency of the digestive system was the highest(accounted for 71.2%).The second was the nervous system (accounted for 34.6%).The most common manifestation of ADRs was nausea and vomiting(125 times).The second were poor appetide,diarrhea, abdominal ache and superinfection etc.Most ADRs were classified as light degree,type A reactions and appeared in the first day. The most common therapeutic drugs involved were antitumor drugs and hormones. 36 kinds of single drug resulted in ADRs 316 times. The ADRs times of Ara C was the highest (138 times),the second was Prednisone. Combination drug therapy resulted in 106 ADRs times.The ADRs patient group's(n=104) average duration of hospitalization, the number of drug administration, the time of drugs administered were all higher than non - ADRs group's.The differences between two groups were all very significant (P<0.01).Among hemoconiosis diseases the ADRs incident rate of blood forming organs tumor and acute Leukaemia were the highest(90. 9% and 89.8%)and the erythrocyte system disease was the lowest(44.1%).
