库1井超深高温高压测试技术探讨 被引量:3

摘要 库1井完钻井深6941.15m,井底压力140MPa,井底温度168.3℃。在分析该井测试作业技术难点的基础上,决定采用测试-射孔联作工艺及无固相射孔液。讨论了测试作业前的准备工作,详细介绍了该井模拟测试、第一层测试、第二层测试和侧钻后第二层重测共4次测试作业的过程及结果。库1井试油作业的顺利完成,基本形成了高温高压高产井的试油作业模式,为以后类似油气井测试作业提供了借鉴。 The Ku 1 Well was finished at the depth of 6941. 15m, bottomhole pressure of 140MPa and bottomhole temperature of 168. 3癈. Based on the analysis of test difficulties, the technique of combining test with perforation and solids-free perforating fluids were employed. This paper discusses the test preparation, details the test processes and the results of simulation test, the first test, the second test and the second retest after sidetracking. The successful test for Ku 1 Well develops a test model for HTHP wells, and provides references for similar well tests in the future.
