摘要
在(850±50)℃的高温下,对高效低阻旋风筒进行热态模型试验,研究了高温下旋风筒分离效率及压力损失等技术性能。根据大量实测数据,回归空载时阻力损失与入口风速和温度的关系式,并建立了分离效率与Stokes准数和Reynolds准数的数学模型。
By a series of heat modeling tests on high efficiency and low resistance cyclone separator at (850±50) ℃, separation efficiencies and pressure drops of these cyclone separators were studied. Based a large amount of experiment data, the relationship of the flow resistance, inlet velocity and the temperature in heating conditions was obtained, and a mathematical model was established to describe the relationship of the separation efficiency, Reynolds number and Stokes number.
